Customer Management

The Customer Management Module allows you to record and track customer contacts. In addition to tracking information, you can also use the information you’ve included in the inquiry module to accurately market to your contacts. With this Module you can:

  • Record customer inquiries by company
  • Record standard customer information (i.e., address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.)
  • Record customer fulfillment requests
  • Track customer activity preferences
  • Track group associations (e.g., chambers of commerce, business groups, etc.)
  • Record how the customer heard about your company
